YOUR INFORMATION

DESIGN

All Glyder designs remain the property of Glyder. All designs produced are assigned to schools, teams and clubs at Glyder discretion. Designs are NOT to be copied or reproduced by any other company without expressed written consent from Glyder. Failure to comply may result in a copyright infringement and possible legal action. Glyder reserves the right to use any design in marketing material for print, internet, and e-marketing without the prior consent of the customer.

All designs must be put together by our team to ensure they can be produced and processed with ease. Design ideas may be submitted for the designer to use as a guide and the Glyder or Vorgee PTY LTD (Vorgee) logo will appear on all products unless otherwise stated.

Please note that sublimation colours on suits will show wear and tear more easily than patterned designs. Please see our care info/warranty section for details.

SET-UP FEES

Custom sublimation designs incur a set- up fee of $100 (exc GST) while all other garment designs incur a set- up fee of $40 (exc GST). This is a non- refundable fee and covers the time it takes to put together your unique design and includes 4 modifications.

PRICES

Per item pricing includes garment features and quantities, excluding GST and postage, which is calculated based on location. There are additional fees for screen printing, or heat seal logos on garments. Prices for those printing services will be advised when quoted. Prices are subject to change without notice from time to time.

SIZES

Our size chart is to be used as a guide only. While the measurements are accurate and based off our patterns, the overall fit of the suit will depend on the wearer’s shape, height and how firm or loose they wear their garments. Please choose carefully as Glyder does not offer returns for wrong size selection. Size kits or samples can be arranged for a fee, if required.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Our minimum order quantity is 50 units with 5 per size, per style ordered.

Orders under this minimum will incur a surcharge. This will be advised at the time of quoting.

ORDERING

Orders will be placed with Glyder via email, purchase order or online via our online order form. This form should be completed on your computer or device and submitted to us. Approval of the design, confirmation of your order and your order payment or deposit is required before production can commence. At the time of ordering you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale.

PRODUCTS

All products are made to the highest quality possible. Occasionally small fabric flaws or colour variations may be visible; these may include minor ink smudges from the sublimation process, slight colour variations and slight differences in print placement. These minor flaws do not weaken the integrity or functionality of the suit, and as such they are deemed fit for purpose.

Glyder cannot be responsible for colour variances from one delivery to the next. Colours do change from batch to batch, dye lot to dye lot and are out of our control.

PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time can vary depending on the time of year. Please allow up to 10 weeks for your order to be produced and delivered, with most orders taking between 6-8 weeks. SHUT DOWN PERIODS

We have periodic shutdowns when parts of production take annual leave. This may add additional time to your order processing.
